- Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
- We DO NOT charge for standard ground UPS shipping however if you elect to have an expedited shipping option this will be added to your total on check out.
- 2nd Day orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 11:00 AM EST. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST will be processed on the next business day. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- Overnight orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 11:00 AM EST. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST will be processed on the next business day. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of the United States.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-877-237-5284. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
- If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via Email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.
