Natural Rosewater Toner

• A gentle toner formulated with NATURAL French rosewater and witch hazel that are known to be gentle to the skin.
• Aids in preventing dehydration while helping to close the pores and refine the skin.
• May be refrigerated to provide a refreshing, cooling effect prior to moisturizing and foundation.
• Provides a very light natural rose fragrance.

Saturate a cotton ball or small pre-moistened sponge with toner. Apply with light strokes over the entire face and neck area.
